Hungarian Festival Club Volunteer Information

THIS years event, the 35th annual 2008 World A'Fair, will be on:

Friday, May 16 ~ 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday, May17 ~ 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Sunday, May 18 ~ 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We will also need help with the following in addition to booth and door volunteers:

  • Setting-up on Thursday and Friday am. (Convention Center)
  • Transporting pastries on all three days (?)
  • Transporting food from St Stephen several times all three days (also to return dirty dishes) (?)
  • Door squad from 4:45-10:45 Friday (2 shifts)
  • Table sign in from 2:45-7 pm Saturday
  • Ticket sales from ???
